ভর্তি হতে যে সকল কাগজপত্র লাগবেঃ
- অনলাইন থেকে মূল আবেদন ফর্মের – ২ সেট ( অবশ্যই A4 অফসেট সাদা কাগজেকালার প্রিন্ট করতে হবে)।
- প্রাথমিক আবেদনের প্রবেশপত্র -২সেট।
- পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি ৪টি এবং স্ট্যাম্প সাইজ ৪টি পেছনে নাম লিখে দিতে হবে (কলেজভেদে কম বেশি হতে পারে)।
- এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি এর সনদপত্র/প্রশংসা পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি – ২ সেট।
- এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি মূল নম্বরপত্রের (এইচএসসি এর মুল কপি) সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি – ২ সেট।
- এসএসসি ও এইচএসসি রেজিস্ট্রেশন কার্ডের (এইচএসসি এর মুল কপি) সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি – ২ সেট।
- টাকা জমার রশিদ।
- চারিত্রিক সনদপত্র (সাধারণত লাগেনা, কোন কোন কলেজে লাগতে পারে) – ২ টি।
উল্লেখ্য, সকল কাগজপত্র ২ কপি করে ২সেট বানাতে হবে যার এক কপি বিভাগীয় সেমিনারে এবং এক কপি অফিসে জমা দিতে হবে।
ভর্তি ফিঃ ভর্তি ফি কলেজ ভেদে ভিন্ন হয়ে থাকে তাই যার যার কলেজের নোটিশ বোর্ড থেকে জেনে নেওয়াই ভালো। সাধারণত সরকারী কলেজ হলে ৪-৫ হাজার আর বেসরকারী কলেজে হলে ১০ হাজার টাকার মধ্যে হয়ে থাকে।
১ম মেধাতালিকায় সুযোগ পাননি?
জাতীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ফলাফল কয়েকটি ধাপে প্রকাশ করে। যেমনঃ
- ১ম মেধাতালিকা (১ নভেম্বর)।
- ২য় মেধাতালিকা (আসন খালি থাকা সাপেক্ষে) ও মাইগ্রেসন।
- কোটা ও ও মাইগ্রেসন এবং
- রিলিজ স্লিপ।
সুতরাং পরবর্তীতে ২য় মেধাতালিকা প্রকাশ হবে এবং তখন অনেকেই সুযোগ পাবেন। আর ২য় মেধাতালিকায় সুযোগ না পেলেও রিলিজ স্লিপের মাধ্যমে কোন না কোন কলেজে ভর্তি হতে পারবেন।
